Fiorentina welcome Bologna to the Stadio Artemio Franchi in the penultimate round of the 2019/20 Serie A season, looking to extend an unbeaten run in top-flight home H2Hs to nine games (W6, D2).

A 2-1 away defeat to Roma last weekend has brought Fiorentina’s six-game unbeaten run in Serie A to a halt (W3, D3). Notably, five of those seven matches featured under 1.5 first-half goals, which has been true in 13 of their 18 home league fixtures this season. Overall, Fiorentina’s action usually sparks into life after the break, as 57.14% (52) of their 91 Serie A goals scored/conceded so far arrived in the second half of play. The hosts’ hopes of winning often vanish the moment they concede the opening goal.
