Arsenal vs Manchester United 03/12/2017
Together with Liverpool, Man Utd have won the most EPL matches (7) at Arsenal. Three of that lot came at Emirates Stadium.
But it will take a little bit more to extend that record as Arsenal have been irresistible at home this season. Stretching back to last season, the London side have won 12 home EPL matches in a row. They have also lost just once of the previous five matchups here against Man Utd, winning each of the last two without conceding a goal.
Sitting in the all-important fourth spot, Arsenal currently trail United by four points and can close the gap to one point with a win.
They will have to do it without Arsenal will be without the injured Alexandre Lacazette though after the Frenchman picked up a groin injury in Wednesday’s 5-0 rout of Huddersfield. Alexis Sanchez is a doubt as he has a hamstring strain but should be ok.
For Manchester United, Michael Carrick (heart) is a long-term absentee, while Nemanja Matic (leg), Marouane Fellaini (knee), Phil Jones (thigh) and Eric Bailly (groin) are doubts.
