Young Boys and Eintracht Frankfurt start their Uhren Cup campaign at the Tissot Arena as the German giants seek a way out of a severe crisis.

However, Adi Hütter’s men received a morale-boost after sweeping the lower-league outfit Bad Homburg aside with a commanding 14-0 victory earlier this month. A disastrous end of the last season will see Die Adler miss out on the Champions League after they’ve failed to pick up a win in the final six games of the Bundesliga campaign (D2, L4). Another frustrating fact for Eintracht is that they’ve scored one goal or less across all six of those outings while allowing over 1.5 match goals in those four losses.
