Moreover, the manager in charge, Jesse Marsch, has overseen 14 Champions League encounters as a head coach, while he has yet to navigate his sides to a clean sheet in the competition. Barring a 4-0 thumping of lower-league side Sandhausen in the German cup, Leipzig have failed to win any of their remaining five competitive away matches this term (D2, L3).
